Adwords Product extensions: Can I select a specific picture to come up for a specific keyword?

My wife and I sell dresses on this site: www.patriciagambis.com.

I've already set up my Google Merchant Center account, created and uploaded my data feed and it has been processed. All my dresses are correctly showing up:
http://www.google.com/#sclient=psy&hl=en&biw=1658&bih=880&tbs=shop:1&q=%22patricia+gambis%22&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&pbx=1&fp=8c79c10f3571ce5b

We have 29 dresses, 4 of which are of the reversible type. I have a campaign set up for just reversible dresses. Within the campaign, I have 4 ad groups, one for each of our reversible dresses. If someone searches for "reversible monkey dress", I'd like a picture the corresponding dress to show up. I think that within the product extensions settings, I have to add product filters using the the adwords_labels attribute. My questions:
- Do those filter only work at the campaign level? If that's the case, then would I have to create a separate campaign for each reversible dress?
- Would AdWords be smart enough to match the keyword with the title or description of the dress, in which case, I wouldn't need to worry about setting up these filters?

Thanks
