Affiliate Marketing Rock Star

58Phases is an internet marketing start-up based in sunny Venice. We’re looking to add an experienced affiliate marketing "rock star" to our in-house executive team. The right candidate is more important than a local candidate. We’re a small but growing company, posting 80% YoY growth the last two years. We’ve been at it for three years and we’re nowhere near done yet! The office is based on Main Street at the Venice / Santa Monica border, just 2 blocks from the beach and a 15 minute walk to Nicecream’s boardwalk location. Surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, and sun shine, the office space is open, filled with Apple equipment and avid Mario Kart fans.

What the job entails:
- Working with each part of the organization to drive overall growth
- Guiding a team of content people towards a common goal for the company’s products
- Managing the company’s product at a high level, ensuring that quality standards are being met, growth is being driven, and that tasks are on track
- Attending industry conferences to broker new relationships and bring new partners to the table

What you should have:
- A college education (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in the affiliate marketing industry
- Intimate knowledge of affiliate marketing and overall industry trends
- An understanding of the publisher-advertiser dynamic
- Experience working with the large affiliate networks
- Knowledge of the big players in the space
